Placing an order is simple:

Enter your shipping information and select delivery option
Choose your payment method and complete the purchase
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately
We accept the following payment methods:

Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer (2-3 days processing)
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in Romania (additional 15 RON fee)
All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption.
Order modifications: Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@abodefit.shop or +40 751 234 567. We may be able to modify your order if it hasn't entered processing.
Order cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once shipped, standard return policy applies (14-day return window).
Yes, all prices displayed on our website include VAT (19% for Romania). There are no hidden fees or additional taxes for Romanian customers.
For EU customers outside Romania, VAT is included in the displayed price according to your country's rate.
Yes! You'll receive:

Standard (3-5 days): FREE over 200 RON, 25 RON under 200 RON
Express (1-2 days): 35 RON (FREE over 500 RON)
Same-day (Bucharest/Brașov): 45 RON (orders before 12 PM)
EU Shipping:
Standard (5-10 days): 45 RON (FREE over 800 RON)
Express (3-5 days): 85 RON (FREE over 1200 RON)

Romania: Nationwide delivery to all cities and towns
European Union: All 27 EU member countries
Same-day delivery: Available in Bucharest and Brașov

Large items (furniture, major appliances) have special delivery conditions:
White glove delivery: +75 RON (includes assembly/installation)
Appointment required: We'll call to schedule delivery
Stair carry: +25 RON per floor above ground
Additional time: 2-3 extra business days for scheduling
These items require someone to be present for delivery and may need special access arrangements.
Yes! You can track your order in several ways:

You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
If nobody is available to receive the package:
Courier will leave a delivery note with instructions
Package will be held at the local depot
Redelivery attempted next business day (free)

Yes! We offer free exchanges for:
