Placing an order is simple:

  • Same-day (Bucharest/Brașov): 45 RON (orders before 12 PM)

EU Shipping:

  • Standard (5-10 days): 45 RON (FREE over 800 RON)
  • Express (3-5 days): 85 RON (FREE over 1200 RON)

We deliver to:

  • Romania: Nationwide delivery to all cities and towns
  • European Union: All 27 EU member countries
  • Same-day delivery: Available in Bucharest and Brașov

Large items (furniture, major appliances) have special delivery conditions:

  • White glove delivery: +75 RON (includes assembly/installation)
  • Appointment required: We'll call to schedule delivery
  • Stair carry: +25 RON per floor above ground
  • Additional time: 2-3 extra business days for scheduling

These items require someone to be present for delivery and may need special access arrangements.

Yes! You can track your order in several ways:

You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

If nobody is available to receive the package:
